RETURN

The return period is 14 days and begins when you receive your order.

PROCEDURE IN CASE OF REVOCATION / RETURN

If you do not like the item you ordered, you can exercise your right of return within 14 days. Within this period, you can return the item to a DIDARIEL store in France or return it for free by post. Please note that we can no longer take back suitable or personalized products.

If you wish to return an item to a DIDARIEL store, you can consult the summary of our points of sale.

To return it by post, please follow the following steps

1. Put the item or items you want to return in the original packaging, properly packaged in the DIDARIEL shipping carton.

2. Mention the return on the delivery slip received and put it in the shipping carton.

3. Close the package and affix the return label provided prominently on it.

Please note that the return is provided free of charge and sent by registered mail only if it has the label attached.

REFUND

After your return to us arrives within 14 days, the returned item is subject to quality control. If we find no damage or signs of use, we will refund the sale price.
